How to Use EE and Click-To-It

The minimum purchase is $100 (10,000 pixels).  There is no maximum.  "Purchasing" pixels on Evolving Endeavors (also referred to as EE)'s Click-To-It does not grant "ownership" of any part of EE's Click-To-It site.  "Purchasing" pixels is purchasing use of space - advertising space.  Advertisers are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on Click-To-It in the respective space "purchased."  

This agreement is for 5 years minimally.  Evolving Endeavors and Click-To-It firmly intend to go way beyond that.  And when we do, our advertisers will come with us at no extra charge.  Click-To-It guarantees an on-line presence for minimally 5 years from launch date (February 7, 2006 to at least February 7, 2011). 

As a rule, once submitted and accepted, images or links cannot be changed.  Please be sure of the image & link submitted.  Petitions to change images and links will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  Only cases such as sites no longer existing, major structural change made to sites, lawsuits, or the like will be deemed reasons for change. If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund.  

No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted.  EE decides what is appropriate for the Click-To-It site. If a submitted image or link is rejected, an alternative may be provided.  In cases where no alternative is acceptable, a full refund will be provided and the advertising space will again be open for purchase.  If an advertiser link is accepted and at a later time the content of the linked site is changed to show offensive/obscene/adult material, the link will be removed until a new one is provided.  No refund of any sort will be provided for link downtime.

If for whatever reason in the future an advertiser wants an image and/or link removed from Click-To-It, EE will comply.  Removal of images or links at advertiser's request do not entitle advertisers to refunds of any sort.  The formerly occupied space will become available for sale again. 

Images must be the exact size for the advertising space purchased (eg. 10,000 pixels = 100x100 pixels; 100,000 pixels = 100x1,000).  Images must be in JPEG format, and a reasonable file size.  Links must be to web pages only and begin with "http://".  Advertisers must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website submitted. 

Funds must be fully received and cleared before ads go live on Click-To-It.  Images and links will be placed on Click-To-It once space has been purchased and funds have cleared the Evolving Endeavors PayPal account.

Occasional downtime may occur for site maintenance.  EE will make all best efforts to keep this to a minimum.
